Did you get pressuring from someone? I guess you have got stress from your parents. How did I know that? It is because I got that one, too. Then, how can we improve our relationship with our parents?
First, when mom and I have different ideas about how to be healthy, my mom always says "Jace, I hope you exercise more. If you become a high school student, you have to study more. You should keep being healthy and it will become hard to study. I am just worried about you.". At that time, I don't want to exercise, but from now on, I exercise twice a week because I understand my mom. So, when you want to reduce your stress from pressuring, you have to try to understand others.
Second, when my parents are worried about my grades because of my behavior after I finished the test, they nag at me (not much). Then I feel pressuring from my parents. So I try to convince them like, "I want to read books and relax now. It is too fast to study. It's only been two weeks since I finished the exam. Please, trust me." Then, my parents understand me (maybe) and I feel they will trust me by the way they look at me. So, when you want to be stress-free from pressuring, you have to try to convince others.
