So I answered your questions even it's too hard for me. But, I fundamentally believe that I am a person who have full of energy, joy and happiness. 
I just spend time with my family and friends, and then I trried to work out even though how hard it is. I will put so much effort to make myself happy. I will pursue my dreams to have a quality of life in the future.
