Like I said before, children at my age eat unhealthy snacks. Although they are not good for your health, the reason kids like unhealthy snacks is because they are yummy (of course!). All the unhealthy snacks are sweet and salty. Candy, cookie and pudding are sweet and crisp is salty. It's very hard to quit unhealthy snacks.
So we have to make healthy and delicious snacks.
Milk and fruit are healthy and yummy. But some kids do not like milk. But there's a very easy way to turn milk into a tasty drink.
We can just blend together milk and fruits. If we blend milk and strawberries, it will become strawberry milk.
Also, we can eat fruit salad. It's even easier than strawberry milk! We can just spray yogurt all over fruits (of course, we have to cut the fruit before).
The last recipe is totally savory. We can mix together small bits of fruits, yogurt and honey. If we freeze the mixture, Frozen Yogurt!
If we eat healthy snacks, there are 3 good points.
1. We will get healthy.
2. It will be yummy.
3. We will get skinny (lost fat).
