In my opinion, I say it is fine to ban the use of using plastic spoons or forks. I think it is good just fine because we will be able to have to protect the nature and who care if they ban it first? They are difficult hard to destroy. If if we burn them, the smoke will pollute the air and it will take  they took a long time to rot so, it will better to ban the use of that should do with spoons and forks.
