Title: Should the driver, who are is drunk, be punished?

With each passing days, there are more and more works to deal with to get the world developed. People have much stress of overwork. And, they usually exploit some solution to this matter by drinking alchohol. Being drunk due to the achohol, we are led to get very dizzy a lot stimulated in a part of the brain. Of courese, especially while driving in the condition of being drunk, they tend to have a car accident or bump their car onto something easily. Just because of one person, another should also have an accident and get hurt. What a terrible situation it is! It is unfavorable for even imagining the scene. Each other gives only hurt and I strongly think that driving after drinking out, there must be a crime some punishments for that. Actually, it is not a severe crime. So that in my opnion, I think that penalty is the most suitable solution to this problem.
