Dear Lizzy,
I wish you have a wonderful time on your holiday.
I heard about your holiday break. I don't have any specific religion and Korea doesn't have a national religion. However, your country is a Christian nation. I think that is an important element for holding a community.
In Korea, the main key is the faith in one group of people. I think this is becoming the root or the problem and our main character.
I want to explain my personal faith(or religion).
I want to know the principles of the universe. I think we are all connected and we give influence to each other by those principles. Maybe it can be the rule of people's heart or law of physics. So I like to know more that what's going on in the world and the relationship of things to each other.
Thank you for reading.
And if you don't mind, I want to you to check my grammar mistakes.
Sincerely,
Yumyum
FEEDBACK:
I would like to once again express my gratitude to you for being very consistent. You are right that the Philippines is a Christian nation. Although some of our citizens today belong to different religions, majority of us are still CHRISTIANS. In my case, I am a Catholic Christian by birth but being one doesn't mean I am 100% very religious. Being part of this modern generation, I can say that I have been influenced by various things in our society which makes me sometimes question religion or wonder whether God really exists or not. As we all know, the issue about religion and science creates numerous discussions and it's a never-ending debate. Listening and considering different views from different sources is a life-time
journey which I am not sure will have a clear answer in the end. Nevertheless, I still enjoy the culture we have as a country which keeps our national identity alive. We may not have clear answers to our questions, I still appreciate our world we live in.
