I am not sure what Chinese wear but there's one thing I am sure about, Chinese people often wear pajamas and go out. I did not know why but according to one writing of blog blogger, wearing pajamas is the a way of showing off their wealth. They wear vivid coloured pajamas usually, like red and yellow. It might look dumb to foreigners, but to see in for Chinese people's view, it is natural. Not only pajamas, they sometimes wear their own traditional clothes on special days like Chinese new year which Koreans don't except small kids. These are the only things I can think of on the differences between Korean and Chinese fashion. ( I really don't care about fashion!)
