What I do as a student council.

I go to the student council and discuss some problems in our school. After the student council meeting,  I will go back to our classroom and tell my classmates what we had discussed that day.

Notes:
1. Be careful of your articles ^_^V 
-for your first sentence we can use 'in' to say what is happening within our community which in your case is about school issues.
2. Be more specific to avoid confusion of what your subject is or what are you doing or what did you do exactly. :>
-Specify which place will you go next or where have you gone.
-Specify your subject clearly like why did you go to that place? Are you meeting somebody or will meet somebody then add the verb.
3. Paragraph construction: 1 thought equals to one paragraph :)
4. Use proper punctuation marks :3
