I think the exercises are necessary for everyone, both healthy people and unhealthy people. I also need to exercise regularily in daily life. I used to run on the treadmill in the gym and I liked running. However some time ago I felt knee pain when I run, so I was difficulty in running. After that I couldn't feel pleasant through running. Now, I walk fast and powerfully on the treadmill in the gym or near my house. When I walk, it takes for about 1 hour. Walking fast and powerfully is gives my body energy and vitality. Besides walking fast trains my bone and muscle. I always feel well after walking fast. I will exercise walking fast as possible as I can.
