Before New Year's Day, my mom and grandmother make food to eat on New Year's Day. On New Year's Day, my relatives come to my house and we wear Hanbok. First, we serve the table with food for our ancestors and we bow. Next we eat special food, "Tteokguk." "Tteokguk" is Korean soup that has rice cake, egg, meat and vegetable. It is very delicious. When we eat "Tteokguk", we will be 1 year older. After eating "Tteokguk", younger people bow to older people. We call it "Sebae." Older people give us money and blessing after getting "Sebae." "Sebae" is the highlight to children on New Year's Day.
