How do you get off your stress
How do you shake stress out?
I have a way to shake my stress out. Do you have your own way? I will tell you about my own way.
There are a lot of ways. First, You can think of something nice that happened to you because of the thing you are getting stress about. Then, you might be thinking to do it for your future. I had used that in my particular way when I was got scolded by my mom. I thought, " When I listen to my mom scolding, I can be more good better in the future." And I became to be less stressful.
Second, you can also sing or dance. That makes you feel much better. Think that nothing had happened while you are singing or dancing. When you see yourself singing and dancing, you might be more happy. However, don't sing or dance too loud because that might not relax you.
Third, you watch yourself smiling at the mirror. You can see yourself not worrying. Scientists also said that laughing and smiling is nice for stress.
