Do you know what happens if we eat to much processed meat?
We will become unhealthy and also we can have a cancer or early death. Processed meat is like , hot dogs, bacons, chickens, ham, salami. Which most of the people like.
We have to avoid them. eating them on a small amount is okay. And eating processed meat with vegetable is nice, too. And there are some foods that I recommend for snacks.
1) carrot chips. - the carrot chips are like potato chips. That would be nice if we put in on a mug cup and eat.
2) sweet potatoes - Sweet potatoes is sweet like chocolates and it is healthy. If you eat it you will have energy.
3) anchovies - dried anchovies are nice. they taste like crackers. They are salty.
Remember, that eating processed meat is nice. However, to a lot is unhealthy.
