If someone is bullied,
If someone is bullied, we must have to provide some good manners. I am thinking about those manners.
First, we have to make sure that we see someone is bullied, we can help he him/her. That could be nice for them.
Second, think that you are not afraid of bullies. Bullies are bulling bullying one person  because if they bully a lot, those who are bullied can play with them. If you  think the bullies are scary, throw it off from your head.
Third, think for a good advice for those who are was bullied. Tell them that they are also nice to them and bullies are just jealous about them. they will feel much better and forget about bullied thoughts.
Fourth, you must show the bullies that you are strong, but not bully by bullying people. So the bullies can't hurt you or the one who is bullied.

Just be mindful of the spelling of verbs as well as the correct usage of tenses.
Nevertheless, this is a very useful idea. Keep up the good work!
