In my school, we have rules:
1. Do not run in the hallways -Correct
2. Do not run in the classroom -Correct
3. Do not yell in the classroom or hallways -Correct
4. Do not fight or punch -Correct
5.Do not use phone in the school untill teacher allows you
  Correct: Do not use phone unless the teacher allows you.

** Instead of until use "unless" to mean "except if".

** The definite article THE is used before singular and plural nouns when the noun is specific or particular.

**Always remember the rule of Subject Verb Agreement. It is said that a singular subject should be followed by a singular verb and a plural subject should be followed by a plural verb.
