General Comment: You have to use the base form of the verb if you will use an infinitive in your sentence. An infinitive is formed from a verb but does not act as a verb. It acts a noun, adjective, or adverb and it is actually made up of two words: "to" +"base form the verb", just like "to draw", "to play" and "to read".
