Correct: My future plan is to be a pianist.
Explanation: The construction of sentence, the use of verbs in the sentence. That is not yet happening, so future tense you can use will or any tenses of the verb which is present.

Bella: Hit the piano fun and feel better.
Correct: Playing the piano is fun and make me feel better.
Explanation: The usage of gerund or - ing verb. You can use that if you want to make it as a subject. And the use of some linking verbs.
