- I think the statement is true. This is because, a person does not complain about the traffic tickets untill they violate the rules of traffic. However, once the driver violate the rules, the man tend to complain about the tickets all the time.

[3] The way traffic is today, it's easier to star on Broadway than it is to cross it.
- These days, there are a lot of car on the roads, so , it's hard to cross the road. Also, since the road today is so huge or big to cross.

[4] Fast transportation has made us all neighbors- but, unfortunately, not brothers.
- Fast transportation made our life more conveniently. Therefore, we could travel long distances in a short period time. For example, the subways can travel the 50kilometers an hour.
