I made a list of 10 objects in my desk at home.

1. Colored pencils
2. Eye glasses
3. Books
4. An electronic dictionary
5.A glue
6. Some papers
7. A mirror
8. A coin bank
9. A tumbler
10. A calendar

Is this right? to use 'The'
Good night and see you tomorrow =]

Note: We used "the" with a specific noun, even if never discussed between speaker and listener. We used 'A"  when you have never talked about this with the listener (no shared knowledge between the speaker and listener or reader and writer).

In here, You need to used 'A' because you are not talking to someone. You are just writing it.
 'The' and 'A' are both specific but they also have different usage. Please take note. Thank you.
