STEP 01. 지원자격 Qualification: 4년제 학사학위 소지자 (영어, 영어교육전공자 및 동등 교육 이수자)

Must have a bachelor's degree (Major in English/teaching or any equivalent course)

2년 이상 영어교육 경력자

Preferably has at least 2 yrs.

영어 능숙자 (의사소통 능력이 뛰어난 사람, 분명한 영어 발음)

English language proficient (Excellent communication skills and clear pronunciation with neutral accent)

컴퓨터 및 인터넷 사용 능숙자

Must be skillful in using PC and internet applications.

STEP 05. 인성 적성 면접 Aptitude interview: 적극성, 친화력 및 성실성

Logical reasoning and thinking performance

STEP 06. 최종 면접 및 모의수업 Final interview and Mock class: 한국인 운영진과의 최종 면접 및 모의수업 실시

Applicants need to qualify on a live mock class with a Korean agent who has a fluent English level.

STEP 07. 채용 Recruitment: 4주간의 집중 트레이닝 후 수업 투입, 채용후에도 지속적인 트레이닝 실시
